Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, and taxation functions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
Manage corporate tax planning, tax compliance, and tax reporting, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory tax obligations.
Ensure proper recording of transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, and closing processes.
- Support management by providing financial analysis, tax impact assessments, and strategic recommendations related to property development projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor, preferably in the property/real estate industry.
Possess Brevet A and/or Brevet B certification.
Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), Coretax, and DJP Online systems.
Proven ability to prepare tax reports, record accounting journals, and compile financial statements.
Familiar with accounting systems and ERP-based financial reporting.
