Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, and taxation functions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.

  • Manage corporate tax planning, tax compliance, and tax reporting, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory tax obligations.

  • Ensure proper recording of transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, and closing processes.

  • Support management by providing financial analysis, tax impact assessments, and strategic recommendations related to property development projects.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasts to support business and project financing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor, preferably in the property/real estate industry.

  • Possess Brevet A and/or Brevet B certification.

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), Coretax, and DJP Online systems.

  • Proven ability to prepare tax reports, record accounting journals, and compile financial statements.

  • Familiar with accounting systems and ERP-based financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including invoice recording, document verification, and timely vendor payments.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for all AP transactions.
  • Perform vendor payable reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of AP balances in financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment-related matters.
  • Support compliance with internal procedures and financial controls related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a finance staff, preferably in Accounts Payable; experience in the property/real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in accounts payable processes, including invoice recording, document verification, and vendor payment processing in an accurate and timely manner.
