Qualifications:

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major 
• Strong interest in digital content creation
• Able to design content plans, create and edit videos, and understand content production workflows
• Knowledgeable about social media algorithms and active on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok 
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

• Responsibilities:Assist in the creation of visual content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
• Support the design team in developing layouts, illustrations, infographics, and other creative materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand identity.
• Revise and update existing designs based on feedback from the team.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from DKV or a related field (fresh-grads or final year student encouraged)
• Familiarity with editing graphics software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Video Motions, and others design software) is a point plus
• Strong portofolio showcasing a range of graphics projects (must)
• Have a high interest in the real estate industry
• Resourceful, high initiative, and communicate
