Responsibilities:

– Conduct daily inspections of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works on-site.
– Ensure that all MEP activities are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
– Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken.
– Inspect and verify MEP materials delivered and used on-site for compliance with approved submittals.
– Prepare and maintain daily/weekly inspection reports and related documentation.
– Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
– Support the testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
– Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
– At least 1 year of working experience as a Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Inspector, particularly in landed house projects or with property developers.
– Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
– Strong communication skills, with experience supervising contractors and subcontractors to ensuresite work aligns with design specification and supllier requirements.
– Excellent analytical skills for reporting on project progress
– Ability to read and review MEP drawings and understand the work scope in accordance with national standards (SNI)
